DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We currently ship to the UAE and the USA. No matter where you are in these countries, we will make sure your order reaches you safely and on time!

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times for our standard shipping:

  • UAE: 5–10 business days

  • USA: 10–15 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you. We’ll work with you to send a replacement product or issue a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to solving any issues quickly.

Return / Exchange Policy:

  • Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

  • All items must have their original tags, and be unworn and unwashed.

  • Exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If the requested item is of greater value, store credit will be issued.

  • If the requested product is out of stock, store credit will be issued. Please list alternative options if you prefer a direct exchange.

  • Items purchased on sale or using discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS TIME

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your returned item(s) to process your return or exchange. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or store credit details.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for postage on any returns.

  • For exchanges, we waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item.

  • If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover shipping for your replacement item.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, we cannot reimburse you for lost shipments.
If you notice a mistake before your order is dispatched, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your delivery address.
